We provide residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, debris hauling, and property cleanup throughout our service area. From a single bulky item to a full trailer load, we handle the lifting, loading, hauling, and disposal so you don't have to.
Our standard junk removal pricing is based primarily on how much space your items take up in our dump trailer. Simply choose the load size that best matches your project. If you're unsure, send us photos and we'll help determine the right size before your appointment.
Standard pricing includes labor, loading, hauling, and normal disposal fees. Certain heavy, oversized, or specially handled items may have additional charges.
How Our Pricing Works
How Is My Load Size Determined?
Your load size is determined by the amount of space your items take up inside our dump trailer after they are loaded.
Pricing is divided into six levels:
Minimum Pickup — $125 Deposit
Best for a single bulky item or a very small amount of junk.
Examples may include:
One piece of furniture
A few bags or boxes
One small appliance
A small pile of household items
Starting at $125
⅛ Trailer Load — $175 Deposit
Approximately 12.5% of the usable trailer space.
Best for:
A few pieces of furniture
Several bags or boxes
Small household decluttering projects
A small amount of garage or basement junk
Starting at $175
¼ Trailer Load — $250 Deposit
Approximately 25% of the usable trailer space.
Best for:
Several pieces of furniture
Small room cleanouts
Apartment cleanups
Garage or basement clutter
Multiple bulky household items
Starting at $250
½ Trailer Load — $375 Deposit
Approximately 50% of the usable trailer space.
Best for:
Bedroom cleanouts
Larger garage cleanouts
Basement cleanouts
Moving or downsizing
Multiple large pieces of furniture

¾ Trailer Load — $500 Deposit
Approximately 75% of the usable trailer space.
Best for:
Large cleanouts

Full Trailer Load — $625 Deposit
Your items occupy approximately 100% of the usable trailer space.

Starting at $625
Yard Debris & Brush Removal — $150 Deposit
For outdoor cleanup projects involving branches, brush, leaves, grass clippings, landscaping debris, storm debris, and similar yard waste.
Pricing is based on the amount, weight, and type of yard debris being removed, as well as the labor required to load it.
Large limbs, logs, stumps, land-clearing debris, or unusually heavy/oversized vegetation may require a custom quote.
Deposits
How Deposits Work
A deposit is required to reserve your junk removal service. Your deposit amount is based on the estimated load size you select and is applied in full toward your final service total.
The deposit is not a guarantee of the final price. Your final price is based on the actual amount and type of material removed, weight, accessibility, labor requirements, and any applicable specialty disposal charges.
If your items require more trailer space than originally selected, we will explain the price difference and confirm your final price before beginning the work.
What's Included in Your Price?
Standard junk removal pricing includes:
Loading and heavy lifting
Hauling
Standard disposal fees
Transportation to the disposal facility
Basic cleanup of the area after loading
There are no surprises — your final price will be confirmed before removal begins.
Items That Have Additional Charges
Some items cost more to dispose of or require additional handling. These charges are added to the applicable load price when necessary.
Mattresses — +$45 each
Mattresses are subject to an additional disposal fee. This charge is added to your selected load price.
Tires — Contact for Pricing
Tire disposal charges vary depending on the tire size, condition, and whether the rim is attached.
Oversized Items — Custom Quote
Items exceeding standard disposal dimensions may be subject to additional disposal charges.
Heavy Material
Our standard ⅛, ¼, ½, ¾ and full-load pricing is designed primarily for general household junk and similar materials.

Heavy materials require a custom quote and are NOT priced solely by how much trailer space they occupy.
Snow Removal

Pricing varies based on property size, snowfall amount, and service required.
Small Demolition Projects
Need something torn down and hauled away? We offer small-scale demolition and debris removal for select residential and commercial projects, including:

Cabinets & countertops
Playsets & swing sets
Small outdoor structures
Interior non-structural demolition
Other small demolition projects
We'll handle the demolition, cleanup, loading, hauling, and disposal of the resulting debris.
Demolition projects are individually quoted based on size, materials, labor, access, and disposal requirements.
